Nontobeko Nkonyane, the founder of Baby Passion is a professional fashion designer. The birth of her daughter in 2006 circled her fashion interests around babies and what they need. After much research and experiment, the Baby Bassion enterprise was established with an intention to share her findings and experiences with others who would benefit richly.
Our products are designed for the comfort and convenience of both the baby and its minder. In them you will notice an interesting synergy in the choice of material, style, design and workmanship.
Customer Service
We strive for 100% satisfaction to our customers by designing a customer care plan to manage complaints. We will also implement this by hiring a customer employee to take care of all our customer queries and keeping record of the customer feedback we will implement effective control systems that will be standard for performance and measure the actual performance, identity deviation from standards set and initiate corrective actions
How we trade
We trade with wholesalers, retailers and individuals. Individuals have the opportunity to order custom designs which may not necessarily be available in other outlets. We have been trading like that for quite some time. We have systems in place for export. Our products are convincingly not for South Africans only.
Our products would be of great benefit for many babies, mothers and child minders around the world. They are not difficult to sell. We have invested in instructional material in the packages of various products with special reference to imbeleko.
